This is cotton blend op that buttons up along the front, with attached waist ties and a sailor-style collar. The skirt and bodice are lined, and the sleeves have very stretchy elastic. This is their size XL and I'd say that the MAX Measurements would be a 36" Bust and a 33" Waist. The whole garment is about 36" long from shoulder to hem. 

Beyond wrinkles. there is a line of yellowing along the collar where is meets the inside of the dress lining. The dress have been laundered by me, so it's clean, just off color in the area.
