Brand new! From Dancing Daffodil on Taobao. Delightfully OTT.  I bought this a year or two ago but it is time to clean out my closet. I am drowning in underskirts and for some reason I have never worn this one, so out it goes :'(  

It was handmade to order and has no tag, but it never had a tag.  You can untie the ribbons and make it shorter or longer.  Photographed over a black petticoat.  Could even be coorded as a skirt.  I took a bunch of pictures with and without flash, and with a slightly different exposure. I took the pictures at night with incandescent lights, so it looks a lot more yellow/ivory in those pics without the flash, but it is not yellow, as you can see from the pictures with flash. The 4 pics with the little lace watermark in the lower left corner are stock images so they are probably more accurately lit than my own pics.  The brighter close-up pic (the very last picture) was taken in sunlight with no flash, so it is probably very accurate to color as well.  As you can see the ruffles are white and the embroidered lace is more of a delicate ivory.

Adjusts from approximately 55-75cm long. Will fit average waist sizes. My dressmakers dummy has the waist adjusted to ~66cm. The elastic in the underskirt waist is very stretchy.
