One Size: Length 50-70cm, waist 60cm-90cm

Perfect for dresses with larger/ fuller skirts and tea length dresses, from my experience it will be too big for most typical lolita dresses even when adjusted to the smallest size.

It has hoops that can be pushed in to make them saller or larger.
The height of the tiers can be changed with drawstrings (included photos with the longest and shortest settings under a jsk, the hoops are as big as they could be)
With some adjustments is perfect for the Waltz JSK from Tiny Garden (which i am also selling wink wink)

There is slight damage - there is a part where lace is not attached. It seems to be a manufacturer error, since that's how I received it and there are no signs of tearing. It's an easy fix and is not visible when the petti is worn (it's on a middle tier)

Because it is a hoopskirt, you can twist it and store it in a relatively small bag without damaging the hoops at all.
