Really nice hoop petticoat with really adjustable rings, originally sold by tulutulu lolita.
Would highly recommend (to people with measurements different to mine) but this really is a pretty, affordable and useful petticoat.
Both rings can be adjusted separately to create a big or small cupcake or A-line shape.

**Important sizing info**
Technically, the waistband stretches to 120cm, but the biggest the small hoop can be made is to 140cm.
This petticoat will only work for people with hips smaller than 120cm. Any bigger and the top hoop will just rest against your skin.

Ideally, you should have:
Waist measurement: 90cm to 120cm
Hip measurement: Up to 120cm
