Adjustable hoop skirt
I'm doing another semi-deep clean of my closet to have more space in my closet.
I just recently brought a better hoop skirt, so I'm giving away my first one. This bad boy is unique because it can adjust in shape (Cupcake to A-line) along with length sizes (regular to somewhat tea length). Some of the damages: there is some discoloration around the waistband, and some of the ribbons are a little frayed.
