The Raschel Lace Over the Knee Socks are from Meta and they are the 2018 ver. (not on lolibrary). I can find absolutely NOTHING about this cutsew online if you know anything about it please let me know! It was always a personal favorite of mine to wear with my black dresses.
I don't have the official measurements of the cutsew but I will provide approx.

Small correction! I was finally made aware that the cutsew is not Putumayo but h. Naoto!
