I bought this very pretty IW skirt secondhand off of Lace Market. It’s very cute, but the top of the waist has more stretch than the bottom, so I think it would be better for someone with a waist on the lower end of the measurements. The previous owner said the flocking was worn at the waist. I would say the other flocking has a general feeling of wear too, just to be safe.
