AatP blouse missing bow and small stains

This blouse is damaged: bow is missing and there are small stains throughout the entire blouse. I received it stained and did a simple dry clean on it, but not all of it came out, so a deeper cleaning will maybe remove them (I haven't tried). They are each small and faint, so it is difficult to get on camera. The fabric itself is in good condition.
Damage isn't much of a problem if you wear it underneath something like a jacket.
