Bought secondhand, tried on but not otherwise worn by me. Lovely velveteen with clock applique and lots of lace details. The bib is removable to turn into an underbust style, and the skirt part is a separate piece. The big bow at the waist is detachable, as are the waist ties.

Condition
Very good, I can't see any damages. A bit wrinkled, especially where the waist ties have been tied, no other real signs of wear, but do bear in mind it's 9 years old so it's not brand new.
