Both Skirt and Headdress are from 2011

Both are in excellent condition, in the 9 years I've had this set it has mostly been safely tucked away in storage, worn approximately 3 times (all occasions briefly for Halloween), corset skirt over a blouse and Headdress atop a wig, so it never came in contact with my skin (except the headdress ties tied around my face and under my chin).

The skirt has corset lacing, but I'd personally recommend the waist size to be from 22 to 28 inches max. Any more than that and even loosely laced you will struggle. Please visit the lolibrary link for full measurements.
