I am the first owner, reserved directly from babyssb online store back in 2009.

Waist: 58-66cm comfortably, can probably go to 70cm
Total length: 69cm incl. lace trim
Corset waistband length: 18cm
Lolibrary doesn't mention it but there is flexible plastic boning in the waistband. 

I have tried the skirt on though as much I love this print, it regrettably isn't a piece I'd ever wear.
There is a small area on the back of the skirt under the corsetting that has a some loose threads bunched together. I have only noticed this when checking over for any damages and have not attempted to fix or fasten them, it could be a machining error. Please see last photo.
I have attempted to thoroughly check over the item but please be aware that it is still an almost 10 year old skirt and may have other minor issues, please allow for a reasonable margin of error.
