Length: ruffle and lace part begins at 53 cm down and extends to about 69 cm. I modified the other one I have to be shorter by cutting off the waistband and adding elastic closer to the trim. The waistband is very flexible, you can always remove it and replace it with a bigger or shorter piece of elastic if it isn't right for you. Very full, will fit a nice poofy petti
