The perfect skirt for pirate loli!

Wearing this skirt is like wearing a map to hidden treasures and a pirate's promise all at the same time! :3 Comes with a build-in petticoat for a little poof even when you don't feel like wearing a petti of your own.  This is one of my favorite pieces from a few years back, I don't wear this skirt nearly as much as it deserves, so I'd like to find a new home for it. This skirt has been hand washed once, and there are a few loose threads at buttonholes, but is otherwise in very good condition.
