Dress overall is in pretty good condition for being over a decade old. No significant fading, built-in petti still has poof to it, and all of the buttons are still there. However I do not advise actually using the lacing in the back to lace in the skirt. I tried to use it once and tore the delicate lace at the back. I always met to get it repaired but never got around to it due to COVID. I am sure this could be a simple fix. Or maybe you don't care about the lacing at all and it doesn't matter to you. The price reflects the damage and my estimate for what I would think it would take to repair it.
