How much would shipping to Australia 6147 be? Also is that strict measurements on the waist?

first class airmail to australia would be $22.50 and priority mail would be $51.05. For EMS the cost would be $71.80. The waist goes to 73cm where it falls on me with the lacing all the way open, but I would not recommend it for more than that.
