I am EXTREMELY busy with work right now so response times are slower and I may be forgetful with things. I apologize, Im under extreme pressure at work and am on the clock nearly 24/7. If you wish the cheapest shipping without insurance, then once the item leaves my hands I am no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. I will always prefer to ship with tracking and insurance but cheaper rates can be agreed to if you acknowledge my terms for shipment. I do have access to cheap tracked shipping but be aware that they take a near lifetime to deliver. If you chose to go with slow/cheap/tracked I will do my best to track the shipping as it goes (they change the tracking number a lot as it moves across the globe) and give you updates but just be aware, it may take over a month to arrive. The price to pay for cheap shipping is it moves slower than a snail with depression. Once listing is sold, payment must be made within 3 business days or item will be relisted. I do have 3 cats but my lolita is kept away from them but there may be a stray hairs on the dress. I do my best to keep them clean but as you can image, having a white fluffy cat is like owning a magician. Hair gets places he has never been and more so lately due to his winter coat. Note that I can only ship on the weekends due to my crazy work schedule. I will do my best to ship it out sooner but I make no promises. Dresses over the price of $100 all ship with signature confirmation to ensure they are not lost. Smaller, cheaper items may or may not be shipped with confirmation.
