what are the waist and hip measurements for the shorts?

I don't know what the exact measurements are, but measured across the waist is 38 cm and the hips are 42 cm. I could fit into them (80 cm waist 100 cm hips) but they were very tight, so I'd recommend them to someone smaller than that.

Lolibrary has it as 88 cm, which lines up as mine is 91 and I was unable to fit into it.
