Bought secondhand at RuffleCon. It's a lovely dress, but doesn't suit me. OP is made with chiffon, fully lined, and trimmed in a soft ivory lace. Does not have a zipper or closure; it's a pull-on dress. This doesn't have a size tag in it, but it is fully shirred around the neckline and waist, so it's adjustable and very comfortable! There are neck ties that are not removable, but you can just tuck them inside if you do not like using them. The front bow needs to be hand tied. Skirt length is roughly 25" (from waist to end of lace trim). Does not have any flaws that I could find. A simple dress for daily use. Will come from a pet-free, smoke-free home.
