I'm not really sure, there's no measurements listed for any socks from BABY/AATP. I wear size 23.5 shoes and most socks from brands fit very well. If you have any other brand socks I would base it off of how those fit. Otherwise I think size medium is probably right, if you have very muscular calves then the print might become a bit distorted. I hope that helps!!
