Purchased new and worn twice. It's still in like-new condition!

The waist, sleeves, and neckline all have elastic.  Bust measurement is up to about 37.5", however unless you have a small-ish chest the elastic may ride up too high - I'd recommend wearing a bustier over it to give it more shape.
