I bought this off mercari thinking I would use it in an alteration project but then I did not. it is in fairly good condition. There is one pull on the skirt waist and the clip on bows are squashed. It has a boned waist. I have laundered it. I just want it out of my house hence low price. Please inquire about international shipping. It will likely run minimum 30$.
