Hi! The measurements on lolibrary say this:
Bust - 87-92 cm
Length - 93 cm
Waist - 76-78 cm
I have a 89 cm bust and 65 waist, I usually wear a women's M size and this dress fit me quite comfortably, perhaps only the bodice was a bit too long for my personal liking, but overall it fit well.
