This is an Alice and the Pirates Merry Making in Ghost Town ii in red and black, with a matching head bow.

I am the second owner of it, I purchased it from japan and have worn it three times since then, it shows no damages and is in very good condition!

The jumper skirt would fit most sizes, it's one of my longer dresses and sits around the knee area.
