I am the second owner of this dress, but it is still in incredible condition.

It has back shirring and is pretty comfortable to wear. The waist ties are not detachable. Comes with the matching hair barrette.

Please bear in mind that I do have cats. They are not allowed near my wardrobe, and I will lint roll this before it ships out, but be mindful of the fact that there may be a stray hair or two.
