First owner. Missing detachable ribbon.

I love this print but I have to let it go because I just don't wear it anymore. It's also hard for me to coord because the color shades are a bit off from typical lolita colors. The large detachable ribbon does not come with it. I technically have it in storage but I can't access it for months. I just never used it. The skirt is still in decent condition. The plastic boning is still in place. It has shirring and lace up in the back but it's tight because the elasticity is quite strong. The top lace is kind of bent from using skirt hangers on it but with the way it's designed I think it's inevitable that the lace would fold over.
