It's very size inclusive due to the shirrling on the back. It comfortably fits the larger end of the measurements on the lolibrary link ohlalovely just linked

The condition of the dress is very good. I've only worn it once or twice and was very careful while out (I'm ridiculously careful with my lolita and won't wear it unless I'll be inside away from things that will get it dirty) it has a feel of it's age but otherwise is in almost perfect condition
