AatP Long Torchon Lace Bloomers
I bought these secondhand from Lace Market. I ended up only ever trying them on and didn't wear them outside. They're really cute but the fit is awkward on me. I recommend these for shorter people below 5 '4. The cuffs at the end don't have elastic but they have drawstrings to tighten. Be warned they come undone pretty easily so you'll have to double knot. The lace at the ends is soft cotton but it has a bit slight feel of wear.
