AATP Jewelry World on the Clouds Skirt in Black. New with tags, I've only tried it on. Selling as the style isn't for me, and I would like it to go to a new home! :)

The print is beautiful, and there are little bits of glitter on parts of the fabric (though this isn't noticeable in the photos).

I can't find official measurements, however I wouldn't recommend this skirt for anyone with a waist size of much over 25 inches.
