Unfortunately, I could not find this jacket on Lolibrary.
These are my (amateur) flat measurements:
Chest - 16 inches (40.64 cm)
Waist - 16 inches (40.64 cm)
Shoulder width - 17 inches (43.18 cm)
Sleeve length - 23 inches (58.42 cm)
Total length - 24 inches (60.96 cm)

Please note that the jacket is in the men's sizing (as indicated by the spider tag next to the AatP tag).

The buttons are a bit tarnished, and there are some small white spots/color loss on the jacket.

Please note that I have a cat! I will lint roll the item before shipping it out, but I cannot guarantee there won't be a stray cat hair on the piece.
