Hello, yes I can ship without the head band if you buy it at price shown. Shipping ranges between $49-67, depending on how fast you would like it. This includes tracking and partial insurance. I can ship without tracking and insurance, the slowest method, which will be around $22. If you choose this method, payment must be gifted. Thanks!
