What's the shoulder width of this? Also would you be willing to not include the tights and lower the price accordingly or are you not comfortable doing that?

Hi! It is a little challenging for me to measure flat as a) I am a complete amateur at taking measurements and b) the fabric becomes unlined beyond the bodice and has a ruffle detail. My guess would be that if you fit the bust then the shoulders should not be an issue. I am 38 cm across the shoulders (google tells me this is about 15 inches) and it fits me comfortably. You could probably fit another inch or so, or maybe more but since they're intended to sit a little loose, this risks pulling the rest of the sleeves up too high and causing a fit issue at the cuffs.
