This bonnet is brand now with the tags still attached! It's from the amazing collaboration between Alice and the Pirates and Sentimental Circus. I can't remember where I purchased it, but the tag is still attached and it has never been worn. There is wire in the brim of the bonnet, making the overall shape flexible and malleable to your desired shape.
