I am the second owner but the first owner only tried it on once and I’ve only worn it twice! Like new condition, I’ve checked it thoroughly and cannot spot any flaws. Has partial shirring in the back and can stretch up to 72cm. Keep in mind this skirt is high waisted. Waist: 60-72
