It's in excellent condition with no stains/tears, and it's high-waisted with partial shirring, a handkerchief (hankie) hem, and a detachable chain with teardrop-shaped gems. There're loops for decorative lacing over the shirring, but I got it without the ribbon, which can be easily replaced.
