AATP Corset Balloon Skirt
Bought off of closet child, I would say a size small, I have a 26in waist and it fit perfect, Alice and the Pirates.
It has a good zipper on the side as well as a lace up/corset in the front. There is a detachable bow in the back, it hangs a bit low on the pin (I can provide pictures of what that looks like if needed). The skirt seems to puff out and is sewn smaller if you will at the bottom to make it appear fluffier hence “balloon skirt”.
