Hello! Yes, the shipping is still $7 for US postage. The clocks are adjustable, and by that thought process removable, my only reservation is that the strap keeping the clock on is a little small, so it doesn't completely go over the buckle. However, if you wanted to just get rid of the clocks entirely, you can make an easy cut on the clock piece and keep the strap in tacked.
