I purchased this from another lolita. I only ever tried it on. I did not like the fit and position of the waist on me. It comes with both waist ties and the AATP ribbon brooch as seen in the photos. The fabric is a shantung type fabric which naturally has thread bunches in the weave - this is not piling.

This OP does not have a zipper - you have to pull it on over your head, There is shirring in the back that is pretty stretchy and comfy.
