This auction is for an Chiffon Frill Blouse in ivory. It's in very good condition although a couple of buttons are a bit loose so I have reduced the price. Nothing a little sewing can't help. This is a great blouse for summer. It has a high collar, but that is detachable, so it can be a round collar blouse too.
