This piece is plus-size friendly in the sense that it has a lot of stretch (full shirring), but the high waist will not be flattering for large busts. The name of the dress calls it an OP but it has straps, not sleeves, so it should be considered a JSK. The previous owner bought it from Closet Child and wore it twice. I only tried it on and hand-washed it. Based on the feeling of wear and the measurements (the 2007 and 2009 releases don't stretch as much, according to Lolibrary), I would guess that this is the 2014 release. Its previous owners have taken pretty good care of it. I took these photos BEFORE hand-washing the dress, and after washing, I have been UNABLE to find the stains described below. However, I am still including photos of the stains and describing them in case I have simply overlooked them. I'll give the dress another inspection before sending it out and let you know if I see the stains again, and we can make other arrangements from there if you want. The most prominent stain is located on the back of the skirt, on the left side. There is a very faint stain on one of the chest ribbons, but it's difficult to see. In the photos, the stains are circled in red. The first photo is closest to the dress's true color, which is slightly lighter than the photos.

ALLERGIES: I clean and inspect all items before shipping, but cannot fully guarantee that they will be free of allergens. My dogs are not allowed in the room where I store lolita, but stray fur can be anywhere. I sometimes wear fragrance. My laundry detergent contains fragrance. INVOICING: Payment is due within 48 hours unless there has been a prior arrangement. Don't be afraid to PM me before/after the sale to keep me in the loop, I'm very flexible!
HOLDS/PAYMENT PLANS: Holds will require a 25% non-refundable deposit. For payment plans, the first payment will be due up-front. I may or may not agree to them depending on your feedback.

If we are not meeting in person to exchange the items, I also require that we both invoice each other on Paypal for the value of the items we're trading. I am aware that Paypal fees will eat some of that money, but this is for peace of mind.
SHIPPING: Once I receive your payment, I will let you know when I expect to be able to go to the post office. My default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail with tracking and $50 insurance. I am willing to upgrade to faster shipping and/or more insurance at additional cost. I will leave feedback when the tracking website says it has been delivered. Once the package is shipped, I'll do my best assist you with any issues that arise, but I cannot be held fully responsible for anything that happens to the package after it leaves my hands, including lost/damaged items.
