It has really long sleeves which are decorated with ribbons at the back.
I bought this blouse 2nd hand and it was worn quite often by the pre-owner.
The ruffles and the fabric look a little wrinkled. It should be no problem to steam iron them though. There's a little hole at the front bottom. It's not visible when worn with a corset skirt or under a dress.
