AATP Beauty and the Rose Promise Skirt in Blue - Alice and the Pirates
Lovely high-waist Alice and the Pirates skirt with a Beauty and the Beast themed print.
Blue with black detailing.
Good but used condition with some flaws. Some of the lacing loops are stretched out, and corset boning is slightly bent. There are some very small and light spots/stains? They are not visible unless you are looking very closely.
I am not sure if I have both lacing ribbons. Only one currently included. Will update if I find the other.

EDIT: I measured myself and believe it should fit up to about a 30 inch waist.
