GENERAL - Transactions via Paypal G&S only. - Please check that your shipping address is correctly listed on your PayPal invoice; if you need it shipped to an address that is different from what I see on the PayPal invoice, please let me know! I usually try to confirm the correct address by DM. - Items will be shipped after payment is confirmed. - All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free environment, and have been stored inside a closet or drawer away from sunlight. - Heavy items are stored folded over a hanger or with clips to prevent the elastic from stretching out. - I send all items clean and carefully wrapped. - Feel free to contact me with any questions about the item or shipping. SHIPPING - I am located in Canada and send via Canada Post. Feel free to PM me to ask about shipping options. I can estimate the shipping cost using home measurements and an online calculator, but the final cost may differ slightly. If I grossly overestimate shipping costs I'll refund you the difference. - I will always try to get a shipping estimate before the transaction is confirmed, and shipping costs vary depending on destination. Based on recent estimates, smaller/lighter blouses usually cost ~C$22 to the United States, larger heavier dresses usually cost ~C$28-32. - Canada Post provides liability coverage for tracked parcels by default at $100 but additional coverage can be added. Please inquire if you are interested. - I prefer to send all packages with tracked shipping, for security and peace of mind, but I know it can be quite expensive for some destinations. If you prefer a cheaper option without tracking, please know that while Canada Post is reliable and I have never lost a package within Canada, I cannot guarantee its safe arrival and this method may take much longer depending on destination. - Please be aware of your country's import duties/taxes. In order to send internationally, Canada Post requires me to fill out a declaration form indicating the package contents and value. By default I will mark it according to the item's sold price.
