**I do not know what the maximum measurements are, but I tried measuring it myself, laid FLAT and stretched as much as possible I measured the bust to be about 18 inches (Again,flat). Please keep in mind I know very little about these sorts of things, but I hope this might help. ^^

I am the second owner, though I've only tried it on briefly. I just received it, and it's a very lovely dress, though it's too big for me, unfortunately.
















The skirt has very cute bustles in the back.















The dress is a bit wrinkly but looks to be in good condition otherwise.

I'm also throwing in the AATP headpiece as I received it with the dress. Please note that the headpiece is in very poor condition. I was not originally aware of this, so when I took it out, I noticed many stray strings and fraying and immediately just put it back in the box.
