Could you tell me the measurements and an approximation of how much shipping to Germany would be?

It's sized as 'Medium'. When I measure the front waistband, from the zipper seam edge to the opposite seam, it's 14 inches. The back has elastic as well as a cinchable back ribbon. It looks like $25 for a first-class 13oz package to Germany.
