May or may not be modified from Infanta's A Letter From Paris JSK. It is definitely the same fabric but Infanta never made a skirt version.

I am the 3rd owner, the second owner bought it already modified from an event and described it as Infanta. Features 2 front bows (not pictured), plenty of musically themed lace and a beautiful fabric. The back has a small amount of half back shirring. Waist 68-82cm, length 61cm (68cm including lace).
