This a velvet OP by the Taobao brand 69th Department. The lining of the OP does have some slight pulling, especially around the waist seams and the zipper– which I have photographed to the best of my ability. The velvet material has no visible flaws. The OP has (black) detachable neck ribbons, and features shirring at the back. I do not recommend exceeding the max measurements, and would suggest you are a few centimeters smaller than the stated measurements.
