purchased from taobao directly by me, never worn or tried on. Tag still attached.  Google translate calls the brand Variety Chick.  The blouse is not see-through so can be worn with skirts. The material is kind of slick and reminds me a little of a jersey or jacket type fabric. The closeup on the tag I feel is truest to the color irl.
