40cm BOGUTA Star Lace Petticoat
Just bought secondhand from Closet Child, but it looks pretty untouched to me - even still has the original tag from Boguta. Measures 40cm from base of waistband, not accounting for the stars. I can't find many stock pics of this length, please bear with my quick nighttime pics for now!

laid flat, it's about 30cm, some test stretching with the tape measure gets us to 45cm flat! I believe I red somewhere that the waist could go up to 100cm around but that's the measure of my hips right now and this petticoat was Not having it, so ~90cm around is probably closer to the truth
