Hello, would you say these shoes run true to size in length? And what is the width? Would they be too large on a 22.5cm foot? Thank you!

7.5~8 cm at the widest part. About sizing, 23.5 has the same lenght that 23.0 but it's a little wider (this is how most of western sizing systems work). They'd be a little larger, but not a full centimeter.
