Hi! I think this skirt didn't come with a belt 🤔 Definitely correct me if I'm wrong, but I bought mine new and there wasn't any belt that came with mine. I think your condition might be better than you think 💗

Hmmm...all the stock photos show a polka dot ribbon belt? It definitely has belt loops. You say it never had one?

Never mind! I'm thinking of the other version of this skirt! You are correct: this version has belt loops, but no belt.

That's the skirt, not the "Ruffle Skirt" which is basically a miniskirt in lolita terms 😄 And if you look at the Lolibrary stock, you'll see no belt included on the ruffle skirts
